A most important addition to a pianist’s library is this music book by Pianist Rodney Hazen. This book rescued me when I first started accompanying for ballet classes.  Rodney collected a wide assortment of classical pieces perfectly measured for class by such composers as Albeniz, Khatchaturian, Liszt, Handel and many more. Sixty-four pieces in total with varying meters, characters and styles.
